• Complete training on sales scripts, procedures, compliance, and systems.

• Function in a global remote work setting.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, beginning at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Ethernet connection is strongly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency of approximately 150ms or less.

• Jitter of approximately 30ms or less.

• Packet loss of approximately 1% or less.

• Capability to support frequent phone and video communications.
