This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster profitable growth within the Biopharma Production division by collaborating with Product Management leadership on both strategic and tactical initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist in managing the current product portfolio, which includes life-cycle management, process development, NPI Stage-Gate initiatives, exploring new business opportunities, and enhancing profitability.
• Enhance profitability through proactive management of the portfolio lifecycle, addressing cost fluctuations, optimizing margins and pricing, targeting obsolescence, and recommending complementary products.
• Contribute to revenue growth objectives by engaging in collaborative sales efforts and developing the opportunity pipeline.
• Organize and execute end-of-life activities for products that are being phased out.
• Aid in the Change Notification and Product Deviation processes, ensuring that customer-facing documentation is thorough and obtains customer approval.
• Support the NPI stage-gate process and ensure that marketing deliverables are completed within deadlines.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, quality, and production teams on supply chain challenges, capacity and resource allocation issues, and product line forecast validation.
• Help create product-specific technical and marketing materials, including FAQs, presentations, case studies, white papers, and website/video content.
• Assist in defining product vision and developing portfolio roadmaps through market and competitive analysis, customer VOC, and market strategy formulation.
• Contribute to the development and execution of annual pricing strategies.
• Create training materials and strategize for internal departments regarding new product features while providing customer support.
• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) is mandatory.
• A focus in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers and collaborating across functions with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the biopharma industry is highly preferred.
• A strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive environments, and customer requirements.
• Familiarity with single-use technologies and their application in bioprocessing and biomanufacturing settings.
• Previous experience in product management and/or sales, encompassing market opportunity identification, marketing strategy development, facilitating voice of the customer activities, and executing product launches.
