This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, own, and direct the global go-to-market strategy for flow cytometry automation and sample preparation systems.
• Create the automation marketing roadmap, including segmentation, value propositions, positioning, and adoption targets.
• Establish and expand strategic third-party partnerships that enhance workflow integration and commercial synergies.
• Act as the main point of contact for external business partners, fostering trust and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Empower regions to customize execution while upholding global consistency.
• Manage KPIs and dashboards to monitor program performance and market penetration.
• Lead downstream marketing strategy across all growth initiatives, including the FACSLyric flow cytometer portfolio, owning marketing strategy, driving growth and adoption, and entering new markets and customer segments.
• Develop distinctive messaging and positioning that resonates with key customer personas.
• Design and implement multi-channel programs—digital, email, events, webinars—that generate demand and accelerate sales.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global campaigns for optimal local impact.
• Create engaging customer-facing content—brochures, case studies, ROI tools, web content—that guides buyers through the sales funnel.
• Work with growth marketing and marketing communications to align strategy, messaging, and demand generation efforts.
• Partner with regional leaders and sales teams to enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth.
• Build relationships with strategic customers and key opinion leaders to boost adoption rates.
• Formulate long-term marketing plans that solidify Waters Biosciences' leadership in flow cytometry automation.
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence frameworks to track positioning, launches, pricing, and market share.
• Transform competitive insights into precise messaging, sales tools, and effective campaign strategies.
• Stay ahead of pricing and tender activities to ensure commercial strategies remain competitive and regionally relevant.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or scientific instrumentation.
• Required experience in flow cytometry and laboratory automation.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing global marketing programs that yield commercial results.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert customer insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint, Think-Cell, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with PowerBI, SFDC, and ServiceMax.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear executive narratives, comfortable influencing at all levels.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, change management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
