This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to integrate customer, market, and business insights into product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive market and customer research to uncover valuable insights into customer requirements, decision-making processes, and competitive landscapes.
• Validate and assess concepts, positioning, and messaging utilizing customer insights (e.g., Voice of Customer, focus groups, customer interviews) to ensure effective and aligned go-to-market execution.
• Craft clear and distinctive product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging that resonate with the target audience.
• Lead and manage go-to-market strategies and execution for new product introductions (NPIs), employing standardized frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality launches across various regions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (including product management, digital, sales, and regional teams) to implement go-to-market plans and campaigns.
• Develop and scale global marketing and sales enablement materials (such as one-pagers, datasheets, web content, etc.) that facilitate adoption and growth.
• Create scalable messaging, assets, and enablement structures to ensure consistent execution and alignment across global teams.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics for product launches, translating insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing adoption and business results.
• Align priorities and execution strategies across regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas) to ensure a cohesive global impact.
• Collaborate with fellow Product Marketing Managers to exchange best practices and enhance the overall capability of the team.
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize strategies based on performance and feedback.
• Experiment and rapidly learn from performance insights and feedback.
• Develop and present clear, persuasive presentations and narratives that effectively influence stakeholders.
• Write impactful copy optimized for web, SEO, and digital channels in partnership with Content and SEO teams.
• Organize and manage data across multiple systems effectively.
• Balance multiple priorities and work efficiently across global teams and time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• 5-7+ years of experience in product or technical marketing within a B2B environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Extensive understanding of diverse marketing strategies and campaign tactics.
• Ability to analyze data and formulate data-driven campaign strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 4+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B context.
• Proven experience in launching hardware and software products.
• Background in both quantitative and qualitative customer research.
• Experience in a global marketing capacity collaborating with regional partners in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
