This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Advance a molecularly targeted radiation therapy through clinical trials up to and including Phase 2.
β’ Develop, implement, manage, and execute the drug development strategy.
β’ Lead a multidisciplinary team, including members from manufacturing, non-clinical, clinical, quality, and regulatory departments.
β’ Serve as the primary contact for the program and ensure effective communication.
β’ Oversee a Project Manager to guarantee the application of project management best practices.
β’ Document and monitor the Program budget, ensuring accurate and timely cost recording.
β’ Evaluate product development risks and create risk mitigation and scenario strategies.
β’ Conduct regular assessments to track project progress, scope, timelines, and budget.
β’ Represent the program team in both internal and external meetings.
β’ Postgraduate qualifications in science or life sciences (preferably a PhD) are required.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, including direct involvement in drug development (ideally in oncology) is essential.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in project and budget management.
β’ Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the US, EU, and APAC regarding drug development is required.
β’ Proven experience working within and managing a cross-functional team is necessary.
