Global Product Development Lead – Early-Stage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advance a molecularly targeted radiation therapy through clinical trials up to and including Phase 2.

• Develop, implement, manage, and execute the drug development strategy.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team, including members from manufacturing, non-clinical, clinical, quality, and regulatory departments.

• Serve as the primary contact for the program and ensure effective communication.

• Oversee a Project Manager to guarantee the application of project management best practices.

• Document and monitor the Program budget, ensuring accurate and timely cost recording.

• Evaluate product development risks and create risk mitigation and scenario strategies.

• Conduct regular assessments to track project progress, scope, timelines, and budget.

• Represent the program team in both internal and external meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Postgraduate qualifications in science or life sciences (preferably a PhD) are required.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, including direct involvement in drug development (ideally in oncology) is essential.

• At least 3 years of experience in project and budget management.

• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the US, EU, and APAC regarding drug development is required.

• Proven experience working within and managing a cross-functional team is necessary.
