Global Procurement Manager – HR/Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a worldwide team of Strategic Procurement professionals, including Analysts and Managers.

• Analyze global industry trends, customer needs, and business goals to set objectives and achieve outcomes for Human Resource Services and Marketing Services.

• Create and execute global sourcing strategies for designated categories within Human Resource Services and Marketing Services.

• Build and maintain supplier relationships to secure cost-effective and high-quality service benefits.

• Negotiate and finalize supplier contract agreements.

• Ensure suppliers meet competitive pricing, exceptional quality, and top-notch service standards.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with procurement guidelines and processes.

• Lead complex, high-stakes initiatives with significant corporate implications.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university along with nine (9) years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal in a private, public, government, or military setting; OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with at least 17 years of experience in Strategic Procurement.

• Exceptional negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with supplier markets related to Human Resource Services and/or Marketing Services.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence at senior levels.

• Solid understanding of business, contractual language, and financial principles.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

• May entail up to 15% domestic and international travel.
