This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, document, and enhance Woolpert’s comprehensive enterprise business processes.
• Outline the business lifecycle from market analysis and lead generation to business development, project execution, invoicing, collections, revenue flow, and associated systems and controls.
• Convert enterprise business goals into current and future state process frameworks.
• Detect cross-functional dependencies, decision-making points, control deficiencies, enterprise risks, and opportunities to streamline and expand the operational model.
• Create process architecture artifacts, value-stream diagrams, process models, decision pathways, role-specific process views, accountability matrices, and executive-level documentation.
• Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders on designs for future states, system implications, governance requirements, and transformation suggestions.
• Sustain reusable process documentation, templates, standards, and reference materials.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to collect data, confirm processes, and align teams around improvement prospects.
• Draft reports, presentations, and recommendations grounded in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Assess new process practices and technology-driven opportunities.
• Assist in ERP modernization, integration, and transformation projects.
• Offer methodology guidance and quality assessment for enterprise process documentation.
• Report to the Global Head of Business Transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, organizational development, information systems, engineering, finance, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise process architecture, business process analysis, value-stream mapping, business capability mapping, operational model design, workflow documentation, process improvement techniques, governance frameworks, and transformation planning.
• Capacity to analyze intricate process issues, evaluate requirements, identify enterprise risks and dependencies, and formulate evidence-based recommendations.
• Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management abilities, with proficiency in leading workshops, influencing senior stakeholders, supporting enterprise-level decision-making, and fostering alignment among business, finance, operations, and technology teams.
• Capability to produce clear process maps, process documentation, reports, presentations, and materials suitable for both business and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with process/workflow modeling tools, business analysis methodologies, ERP-enabled process design, and technology-driven improvement opportunities.
• Ability to work independently with considerable autonomy and sound judgment in ambiguous, complex, and cross-functional settings.
• Skill in linking operational processes to financial, technological, control, and client delivery outcomes.
• Must be available to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
• Applicants must already have work authorization in the country where the job is located.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in supporting ERP modernization, merger/acquisition integration, enterprise transformation, or cross-functional operating model initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in documenting and redesigning lead-to-cash, opportunity-to-cash, project lifecycle, professional services delivery, invoicing, revenue, or finance operations processes is preferred.
• Certification or training in business process management, Lean, Six Sigma, business analysis, enterprise architecture, or change management is preferred.
• Knowledge of process mining, workflow automation, ERP-enabled process design, business architecture, and change management practices.
