
Global Principal Training & Education Specialist β Structural Heart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more countries.
β’ Oversee the creation and implementation of global training curricula for both commercial and clinical aspects of Structural Heart therapies.
β’ Promote uniformity in training across global markets while allowing for regional adaptations.
β’ Collaborate with Global and Regional Sales Training, Marketing, Medical Education, and Commercial Leadership teams to pinpoint capability gaps and craft focused learning solutions.
β’ Spearhead global Train-the-Trainer programs and assist regional teams in executing training initiatives and learning opportunities.
β’ Aid in new product introductions by formulating training strategies, aligning key stakeholders, and guaranteeing field preparedness.
β’ Sustain and enhance training materials in accordance with product, clinical, and commercial strategies as well as approval protocols.
β’ Foster knowledge exchange and teamwork across regions to encourage consistency, the adoption of best practices, and the ongoing enhancement of commercial skills.
β’ Work closely with global and regional stakeholders across various functions and locations.
β’ Be prepared to travel internationally up to 50% to bolster training efforts, support new product launches, engage with regional training teams, and visit international training centers.
β’ Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience in Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Medical Education, Marketing, or other commercial roles.
β’ Proven experience in developing, implementing, or delivering training programs for commercial, clinical, product, or sales purposes.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing, training, medical education, or commercial sectors.
β’ Experience in leading projects, programs, or initiatives across various regions or within a global matrix structure.
β’ Capability to handle multiple complex priorities and projects at once while working independently.
β’ Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
