Global Pricing Governance and Quoting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the global quotation and pricing procedures across various regions and service lines.

• Manage RFQs, RFPs, and commercial proposals, ensuring they are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.

• Sustain and implement standardized quotation templates, pricing models, and commercial approval workflows.

• Collaborate with Business Development teams to formulate competitive and operationally feasible proposals.

• Aid in the enhancement of quotation workflows, tools, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharma, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience with RFQs/RFPs and assisting in commercial proposals is desirable.

• A strong analytical mindset coupled with a solid commercial understanding.

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with CRM platforms or pricing tools is a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across various functions and regions.

• Proficient in English.
