Director, Risk Adjustment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main operational liaison for external clients within medical groups.

• Oversee a team of more than 70 production coders and auditors.

• Develop, track, and enhance departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent qualification.

• Current Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certification is highly desirable.

• A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in risk adjustment operations.

• In-depth knowledge of the complete CMS-HCC Medicare risk coding model.
