Arquitecto de Procesos – Riesgo de Mercado

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Develop an understanding and vision of the business based on journeys, performance indicators, and strategic guidelines, clearly outlining the business model of the architecture (service portfolio and structure).

• Define the business capability map and inventory, establishing what the area needs to know to fulfill its strategy.

• Capture the AS IS architecture: map processes and components, associate applications and system inventories, and identify dashboards and indicators for operations and experience.

• Design the TO BE architecture and the high-level target operating model: strategic prioritization of capabilities, process archetypes, and identification of components.

• Produce gap analysis (gap map), prioritize initiatives, and consolidate the transformation roadmap.

• Ensure traceability and consistency across layers (business, processes, applications, data) and align deliverables with enterprise architecture standards.

• Facilitate workshops with business, risk, and technology stakeholders, and communicate the architecture to both executive and technical levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in the role of Process Architect (not just as an analyst or process improvement specialist).

• Proficiency in process notation and modeling (BPMN) and in modeling/architecture tools (Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, Visio, or equivalents).

• Experience in capturing AS IS / TO BE architectures, capability maps, and transformation roadmaps.

• Ability to associate processes with applications, data, and technological components.

• Skills in facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder management.

• Desirable knowledge of APQC PCF (Process Classification Framework) as a reference framework for process classification and benchmarking.

• Familiarity with BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) for reference architectures in the financial sector.

• Certifications or knowledge in enterprise architecture (TOGAF) and process management (BPM/CBOK).

• Previous experience in financial institutions or risk/treasury areas.

• Understanding of data architectures and analytics applied to risk.
