This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +9 more states.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders regarding talent strategy, organizational design, and personnel issues.
• Contribute insights on workforce planning and decisions related to organizational effectiveness.
• Convert global business objectives into tailored people strategies and action plans.
• Maintain expert knowledge of US employment law, labor regulations, and compliance, alongside a working understanding of other jurisdictions.
• Ensure that employee handbooks, policies, and procedures meet local labor law requirements in the states where we operate.
• Offer employment law guidance to both managers and employees.
• Oversee union labor relations by interpreting labor agreements, resolving disputes, advising on labor matters, and negotiating labor contracts.
• Conduct investigations and manage grievances, arbitrations, and other labor-related issues.
• Execute performance management processes, oversee compensation reviews, and conduct talent assessments.
• Mentor managers through intricate employee relations issues and investigations.
• Enhance work relationships, morale, employee retention, and productivity.
• Manage talent development, leadership growth, and succession planning initiatives.
• Formulate workforce plans and coordinate talent acquisition efforts across various countries.
• Analyze workforce data and metrics to support planning and identify gaps in organizational capabilities.
• Guide organizational restructures, redesigns, and change management initiatives.
• Organize teams for scalability, agility, and performance, accommodating various cultural and regional needs.
• Uphold organizational culture and enhance engagement within geographically dispersed remote teams.
• Identify upskilling needs and create programs for leadership development and talent readiness.
• Extensive generalist HR expertise in the US, including knowledge and experience in labor relations management.
• Familiarity with generalist HR practices in the UK, EU (preferably Germany), and Singapore or similar nations (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and compliance requirements across operational jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives that yield business results and drive organizational transformation.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, analytics tools, business metrics, and management information systems.
• Proven track record of working within multinational organizations across several countries.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in senior HR roles or HR Business Partner positions.
• Capability to work across different time zones.
• Some national and international travel may be necessary.
• Ability to spend extended periods at a desk and working on a computer.
