Global Payroll Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete payroll process across various countries.

• Assess and confirm payroll data prior to processing.

• Ensure accuracy of payroll outputs by thoroughly reviewing Gross-to-Net reports.

• Serve as the main point of contact between HR, Shared Services Payroll, Finance, and external payroll vendors.

• Cultivate and sustain an understanding of payroll legislation specific to each country.

• Enhance payroll governance by upholding controls and monitoring service delivery effectiveness.

• Discover and implement improvements in payroll procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in global payroll, payroll operations, HR operations, finance, or a similar analytical position.

• Proven experience in coordinating payroll functions across different countries.

• Knowledge of payroll operations, controls, and compliance with statutory regulations.

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a talent for interpreting payroll data.

• Exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis on data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple payroll schedules.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and reporting tools is highly preferred.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
