Global Partnerships Manager – Secondee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Directly contribute to the success of Global Partnerships by engaging with a portfolio of international donors.

• Create high-quality impact reports that effectively illustrate project outcomes and social impact.

• Collaborate closely with the Global Grants Lead to ensure the accuracy of all impact data and timely submission of reports.

• Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges.

• Work in tandem with functional and country teams to ensure the success of projects.

• Manage a portfolio of donor accounts, serving as the primary contact point for donors (when appropriate), functions, and country teams, addressing their needs promptly.

• Efficiently coordinate with country and functional teams to compile funder reports, monitor project progress, and swiftly resolve challenges.

• Proactively identify potential challenges and/or delays, addressing them effectively with a solution-oriented approach.

• Prepare and manage timelines for report submissions, taking into account review rounds, iterations, and possible platform issues.

• Draft compelling and accurate impact reports and presentations for funders (in collaboration with the Global Grants Lead), requiring minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in fundraising, strategy development and implementation, program design and management, and/or account management.

• Full fluency in English.

• Proficiency in any additional language used within the Generation network is an advantage.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
