This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop, launch, and manage a multi-tiered Channel Partner Program that promotes growth, loyalty, and technical proficiency.

• Create the "Partner Playbook," which includes onboarding materials, sales training, and co-marketing resources to empower partners to effectively communicate the Virtuozzo value proposition.

• Manage the partner portal to enhance deal registration, lead distribution, and performance monitoring.

• Identify and engage "tier-one" strategic partners that align with Virtuozzo’s cloud and virtualization offerings.

• Craft unique "better together" narratives for complex alliances, concentrating on integrated solutions that address significant infrastructure challenges.

• Serve as the main contact for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment on roadmaps between Virtuozzo and partner leadership.

• Drive revenue goals that are originated and influenced by partners.

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to evaluate pipeline health, tackle obstacles, and refine go-to-market strategies.

• Monitor competitor partner programs to maintain Virtuozzo’s position as the most appealing and lucrative option for cloud service providers.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Channel Management or Alliances in the Cloud, IaaS, or Software-Defined Storage domains.

• Demonstrated ability to move from high-level strategic planning to detailed execution.

• Experience collaborating with various types of partners across different regions (Americas, EMEA, APJ).

• Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders within partner organizations.

• A strong grasp of virtualization technologies, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), and the service provider business model.
