This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Develop and oversee ODIN's partner pipeline across APAC/US, including prospecting, activation calendars, and business case development.
• Represent ODIN at business networking events, community conferences, and executive gatherings.
• Manage full-cycle event logistics: vendor coordination, venue selection, and budget oversight before, during, and after events.
• Implement and sustain BAMFAM infrastructure, including booking links, QR opt-in systems, and in-room sign-in processes.
• Ensure that all event traffic is uploaded to HubSpot by midnight with no untagged contacts.
• Maintain a contact data quality of at least 95% (email and phone) to uphold the 5-minute SDR speed-to-lead SLA.
• Log partner interactions, ensuring no Tier A partner remains uncontacted for more than 5 days.
• Provide a monthly performance dashboard by the 5th business day of each month.
• Enforce sponsorship agreements, ensuring lead data access remains a non-negotiable aspect of all partnership deals.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, event marketing, or a similar commercially-oriented role.
• Demonstrated success in converting partnerships, events, or community initiatives into quantifiable leads, sales opportunities, or revenue.
• Proficient in managing pipelines through a CRM, with a preference for HubSpot experience.
• Experienced in coordinating comprehensive events, covering venue, vendor management, budgeting, attendee coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders while executing detailed operational tasks such as data cleaning, CRM updates, and event run-sheets.
• Preferred Experience
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, real estate, or organizations focused on expatriates.
• Familiarity with collaborating with cross-border partners and stakeholders.
• A history of establishing new partnerships or referral channels from scratch rather than solely maintaining existing ones.
• Practical knowledge of utilizing AI, automation, or digital workflow tools to enhance research, outreach, reporting, event management, or CRM administration.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Professional or near-native fluency in both written and spoken English and Korean.
• Eligible to work in South Korea and open to international travel.
• Strong capabilities in professional presentation, written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
