This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be the inaugural leader of partner marketing at Synera, transforming connections with our robust partner network into a significant source of awareness and pipeline growth.
• Your role will involve collaborating at the intersection of sales, product, and marketing — working closely with our VP of Marketing Kacey, Strategic Partnerships Lead Marc, VP of Software Partnerships Andrew, and external partners across Europe, the US, and beyond.
• You will serve as the primary contact for planning and executing partner marketing campaigns, such as marketplace add-ins for users, product launches, and partner-specific collaborations, utilizing channels like webinars, events, industry associations, digital campaigns, LinkedIn, PR, and more.
• A crucial aspect of this position will be establishing Synera's partner marketing channel from the ground up — defining campaign models, setting up incentives, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure partner campaigns lead to both pipeline growth and wider user adoption.
• You are a native German speaker with fluent English — this role covers both European and US markets, requiring proficiency in both languages on a daily basis.
• You possess extensive experience in B2B marketing, particularly in partner or channel marketing, collaborating with technology partners, consulting firms, or value-added resellers.
• You have successfully managed multi-channel campaigns from inception to completion: webinars, events, digital, LinkedIn, email, PR — and you prioritize their visual appeal and performance, not just delivery.
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing processes from the ground up.
• You have experience in marketing complex enterprise technology, ideally within an engineering context.
• You are an effective communicator who can coordinate with sales, product teams, and external partners while maintaining a cohesive vision.
• Flexible working: you choose when and where to work (provided you have residency in Germany).
• Flexible public holidays: adjust your days off in accordance with your personal values and beliefs!
• Support for home office setup + access to our office in Bremen.
• A personal development budget of €2,000 for conferences, training, or purchasing interesting books to enhance your skills in your chosen area.
• We don't monitor your vacation days, as we trust our team members to determine what is best for themselves and the company.
• Prefer cycling to driving? 🚲 We’ve got you covered with JobRad.
• To support your personal and professional well-being, we provide company fitness through Wellpass and a mental health platform, nilo.
• Regular team events, virtual coffee breaks, and spontaneous afterworks.
• We also gather as a full company for 2-3 day off-sites twice a year!
