Global Outage Parts Planning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of defining the Outage NCP recommended list by applying the latest standards according to technology and customizing it to the scope.

• Meet both operational excellence and productivity goals.

• Foster operational excellence throughout the Outage Parts planning process.

• Integrate both outage scope input and contractual coverage.

• Convert inputs into a consolidated list of parts required for ordering.

• Oversee the creation and delivery of NCP unit-specific recommended lists.

• Collaborate with the CPM and OFS to understand the impact of the Event scope.

• Specify spare parts necessary for performing Non-Standard outage scope.

• Evaluate the recommended lists against the on-site inventory.

• Ensure that systems and tools are current.

• Cultivate relationships with the CPM.

• Assist the line manager in achieving KPIs.

• Promote process improvements to enhance NCP Planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• Extensive experience in Field Service Execution and Planning as a TFA/Outage Manager or considerable experience in Gas Power Engineering.

• Familiarity with Material Management System tools (Excel, PLM).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data.

• A proactive and highly collaborative individual with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and exercise sound judgment.

• Ability to effectively motivate others while upholding high integrity, employee engagement, safety, and teamwork.

• A change agent with enthusiasm, energy, and passion.
