• Reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
• Accountable for the commercial strategies concerning global and national accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals and directives
• Formulate commercial account plans aimed at achieving long-term business objectives
• Proactively manage all global and national accounts at Securitas Austria with professionalism and thoroughness
• Enhance customer satisfaction and optimize business development opportunities
• Assess Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in relation to delivered services by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop comprehensive, long-term account and engagement plans for each client
• Compile and deliver consistent, data-driven statistics and reports
• Maintain close collaboration and coordination with pertinent internal stakeholders
• Completed education in commerce/business (Matura or university degree)
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in the service industry and/or security sector
• Strong technical knowledge, particularly regarding technical security solutions
• Demonstrated experience and success in customer development, acquiring new clients, and closing contracts
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with database systems/CRM platforms
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken
• Very good English proficiency (CEFR level B or C) in both written and spoken forms; additional languages are a plus
• Professional demeanor combined with strong communication and presentation skills
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and discretion are essential
• Strong negotiation skills and persuasive capabilities
• High performance orientation and readiness to travel within Austria; hands-on approach
