Global Mobility & IT Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the relocation and mobility processes for international employees and contractors;

• Assist with migration, legalization, residence permits, and work authorization processes in Poland;

• Collaborate with external legal and relocation service providers;

• Prepare and organize contracts and onboarding documents;

• Facilitate B2B contractor operations and compliance-related tasks;

• Ensure a seamless onboarding and integration experience for international team members;

• Manage comprehensive IT recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to the offer stage;

• Proactively source technical candidates via LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms;

• Conduct HR and preliminary screening interviews;

• Coordinate interview procedures with hiring managers and clients;

• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines;

• Handle candidate communication to ensure a positive experience;

• Support client-facing recruitment initiatives and provide recruitment status updates;

• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment

• Ability to independently source technical candidates

• Comprehensive understanding of Polish hiring processes and employment/legalization regulations

• Experience in supporting migration, relocation, or global mobility initiatives

• Familiarity with B2B contracts and contractor operations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Polish and English (both spoken and written)

• Residing in Kraków or willing to regularly be in Kraków
