This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the global medical strategy and enrollment for a specific program.
• Develop and implement the global medical strategy for the company's assets.
• Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Access, and Corporate Communications on strategies for the pipeline and portfolio.
• Align medical plans with the objectives of the portfolio.
• Assist in launch planning alongside cross-functional medical affairs and commercial brand teams.
• Partner with clinical development and study execution teams to design trial strategies and facilitate recruitment.
• Create integrated medical evidence plans for early pipeline therapeutic and diagnostic assets.
• Support the medical communication strategy and its execution across publications, congress planning, advisory boards, and KOL engagement.
• Provide medical leadership within the medical matrix team, focusing on medical positioning, field medical engagement, and external education.
• Engage with external thought leaders, medical organizations, and patient advocacy groups.
• Mentor and develop medical staff within a matrixed environment.
• Utilize AI to enhance program, portfolio, or functional performance through prioritization and scaled implementation.
• MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD (or equivalent scientific or medical training) is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in medical affairs within the oncology pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
• Experience with radiopharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clinical development, corporate communications, and commercial teams.
• Proven experience in building and executing a global medical strategy, including medical evidence generation and scientific narrative/medical communications.
• Ability to lead a global cross-functional medical matrix team to implement global/US strategies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
