This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement Repatha's global commercial strategy and Global Brand Plan.
• Oversee commercialization and launch preparedness for VESALIUS-CV, as well as future evidence or indication expansions.
• Manage and refine Repatha's global customer and brand strategy, focusing on customer segments, patient and healthcare professional journeys, behavioral objectives, positioning, value proposition, strategic narrative, and core messaging.
• Direct competitive strategy and readiness for both current and upcoming LDL-C therapies.
• Facilitate global-to-local execution in collaboration with regional and affiliate teams.
• Lead cross-functional matrix teams and significant strategic initiatives encompassing Commercial, Medical, Development, Access, Regulatory, Commercial Data & Analytics, Forecasting, Finance, regions, affiliates, agencies, and other collaborators.
• Leverage customer, market, performance, and financial insights to enhance strategy and investment, set KPIs, identify execution gaps, and suggest resource reallocations.
• Advocate for innovative and AI-driven methodologies in insight generation, competitive intelligence, content creation, performance evaluation, and global-to-local workflows.
• Report directly to the Executive Director, Global Marketing Lead - Repatha.
• Doctorate degree with 4 years of marketing experience OR Master’s degree with 7 years of marketing experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of marketing experience.
• Extensive commercial and marketing experience with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another highly regulated field.
• Proven track record in developing and executing global brand, commercialization, launch, or lifecycle growth strategies.
• Strong strategic marketing background with the ability to integrate customer, clinical, market, competitive, access, and business data into strategic decisions and recommendations.
• Experience in leading global or complex cross-functional teams within a matrix structure.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, customer journeys, behavioral objectives, Global Brand Planning, launch readiness, or integrated customer engagement.
• Capability to analyze clinical data and comprehend the commercial implications of changing treatment landscapes.
• Experience in global-to-local marketing across diverse cultures and markets.
• Proficiency in forecasting, long-term planning, budgeting, KPI frameworks, performance optimization, and AI- or digitally enabled marketing strategies.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
