πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Identify, penetrate, and expand targeted Global/Major accounts that possess significant growth potential.

β€’ Develop and implement bold, strategic account attack plans aligned with customer business objectives.

β€’ Generate pipeline through proactive outreach to executives and the creation of new opportunities.

β€’ Lead intricate pursuits across HPE Networking and related solutions.

β€’ Engage at the CxO and senior IT levels with a narrative focused on business outcomes.

β€’ Coordinate technical, partner, and executive resources to secure competitive deals.

β€’ Leverage partnerships to enhance access, scalability, and closing rates.

β€’ Uphold strong forecasting discipline and consistently exceed quota expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 12 years of experience in securing large enterprise technology deals.

β€’ Demonstrated success as a strategic seller, with a proven record of acquiring net-new logos as well as managing and expanding major accounts.

β€’ Proficient in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

β€’ Able to lead discussions centered on business value rather than just product features.

β€’ Background in IT infrastructure, networking, or security sales is preferred.

β€’ Expertise in engaging with executives, negotiation, and competitive displacement.

β€’ Flourish in high-accountability, high-reward settings.
