This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Retain key customers and cultivate those important relationships over time.
• Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, identifying new opportunities for collaboration that drive mutual benefits and help achieve accelerated growth objectives.
• Establish a network of contacts to attract new clients, investigate market opportunities, and oversee growth initiatives.
• Assist in formulating strategies and plans for business expansion across all service lines in Italy.
• Contribute to the expansion of global business operations in Italy for all applicable services.
• Develop and implement marketing and brand recognition strategies in collaboration with external industry associations and the internal marketing team.
• Clearly convey client penetration and account management strategies and business plans to the senior management team.
• Monitor and evaluate assigned accounts to ensure service quality while identifying potential improvements.
• Compile and present regular reports along with revenue forecasts based on established practices.
• A university degree or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Over 10 years of experience in a multinational company.
• Experience in international business related to imported Softlines consumer products within a sales, program management, or key account management role.
• Comprehensive understanding of the global Softlines products sector.
• Strong strategic planning abilities, result-oriented mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative team player with a high sense of ownership and enthusiasm.
