This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive demand generation in the EMEA region and within the global account team for designated Global Key Accounts and Regional Accounts.
• Create and implement global business strategies by identifying both current and future opportunities for Nexperia.
• Customize the Nexperia Value Propositions specifically for your clients to establish our portfolio as their #1 choice, positioning yourself as a “trusted advisor.”
• Build relationships with key stakeholders (both commercial and technical, at various levels from working to management) to become a partner for early-stage design-in.
• Gain an understanding of both formal and informal hierarchies, identify decision-makers at the customer, and develop appropriate relationship strategies to enhance Nexperia’s standing within the account.
• Foster customer obsession by ensuring top-notch service levels (quality and reliability) to position Nexperia for future growth.
• Represent and communicate customer needs internally, ensuring that appropriate priorities are set to align with the strategy.
• Collect and relay market information within the organization.
• Compile the above information into a Customer Business Plan.
• Clearly articulate expectations and requirements towards Nexperia.
• Engage in daily interactions with the technical and commercial teams of your customer.
• Prepare and conduct regular technical workshops with customers.
• A university degree in electrical engineering or business studies, demonstrating solid technical affinity and understanding of industrial and consumer applications.
• At least 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in an industrial setting with key/local accounts or similar experience as a Field Application Engineer, either in the semiconductor industry or a related field.
• A strong motivation to drive change and contribute to Nexperia’s growth objectives.
• Technical knowledge of industrial and consumer applications and markets.
• Proven experience in promoting standard, commodity, and power products.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented approach, and customer focus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and German.
• A team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• A self-driven individual capable of building and utilizing networks within both customer organizations and Nexperia.
