This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team to market and support equipment solutions for strategic accounts worldwide.
• Provide clear guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams regarding strategies and plans for global accounts.
• Accountable for the creation, implementation, and execution of all sales activities, including global sales strategy, technical design-in, commercial negotiations, implementation, and support.
• Work across geographical boundaries to ensure consistent management of accounts in all regions.
• Develop an understanding of customer businesses, end markets, ecosystems, and competitive landscapes to drive new sales opportunities, increase penetration, and expand business coverage.
• Build a trusted advisor relationship with key personnel at major accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
• Convert customer strategies and priorities into a pursuit roadmap detailed in a strategic account plan.
• Drive new product enablement and growth initiatives, serving as the primary management contact for business and technical concerns.
• Own and regularly update the global strategic account plan, supported by an opportunities pipeline.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Drive the execution of key priorities and customer sales projects or opportunities.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales management, key account management, or related fields.
• Previous experience in electronics, industrial applications, or capital equipment is advantageous.
• Proven track record in delivering customer-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from planning through to closing.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel.
