This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create and implement global key account strategies.
• Foster design-in prospects, AVL standings, and worldwide rollouts.
• Oversee global RFQs, tenders, and supply agreements.
• Cultivate relationships with executive-level customer representatives.
• Organize global sales initiatives across various regions and divisions.
• Recognize market trends, growth potential, and technological advancements.
• Assist in pricing strategies and contract discussions.
• Align customer objectives with WE eiSos business goals.
• Encourage cross-selling prospects throughout the WE eiSos Group.
• Deliver technical and commercial project assistance.
• Coordinate proposals and compliance needs across multiple countries.
• Support product innovation and fulfill customer design specifications.
• Monitor global sales goals, projects, and pipeline activities.
• Ensure uniform pricing, service quality, and customer assistance worldwide.
• Drive problem-solving and escalation management across different regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, supply chain, and product management.
• Maintain precise CRM/ERP project and opportunity documentation.
• Facilitate global coordination meetings and share updates on strategic accounts.
• Nurture long-term customer relationships through strategic planning and service excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience managing large, complex global accounts.
• Strong capability to develop and implement global account strategies.
• Experience with design-in initiatives, design victories, AVL positioning, and multi-regional rollouts.
• Proficiency in establishing relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, global procurement, and senior R&D leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen in global pricing, tenders, quotations, negotiations, and supply agreements.
• Excellent cross-functional and cross-regional coordination abilities, including collaboration with sales teams, FAE, sector experts, and internal stakeholders.
• Solid technical credibility and understanding of technical product ranges, industry trends, project business, and supply chain dynamics.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
