Global Investigator – Triage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming victim complaints within a dynamic cryptocurrency disruption pipeline.

• Confirm results from AI investigative tools.

• Direct cases into investigative workflows that lead to the freezing of scam proceeds, takedowns, and asset recovery.

• Make decisions regarding case dispositions, including freezes, escalations, recovery handoffs, victim notifications, or closures.

• Validate and manage hundreds of complaint dispositions weekly.

• Detect false positives, merged syndicates, and misclassified scam patterns.

• Enhance complaint selectors through integration with commercial data sources and both on-chain and off-chain checks.

• Ensure seamless shift handoffs and maintain triage throughput during US hours of coverage.

• Offer structured feedback to the engineering team to enhance the AI triage model.

• Engage in formal on-call coverage for active hacks, law enforcement assistance, and other urgent matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Investigative or analytical experience within the private or public sector; 1–3 years is acceptable.

• Strong fluency in AI and comfort in using AI tools daily in a high-volume queue.

• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency.

• Ability to identify investment scams, pig-butchering, ransomware, and various other threats.

• Comfort with AI-assisted analysis.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

• Proficient in providing clear written handoffs.

• Open to feedback and driven to enhance triage processes.

• US citizenship is required.

• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

• Available for primary coverage during US business hours in the local time zone.

• Preferred overlap with Standard North American EST business hours.

• Participation in a formal weekly on-call rotation, with occasional weekend responsibilities.
