Global HR Specialist – Employment, Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Deliver all-encompassing HR assistance: address employment-related inquiries, handle documentation, and process leave requests promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with Employer of Record (EORs), legal experts, and immigration advisors to guarantee compliance with local regulations.

• Establish new hiring sites, ensuring compliance with regional laws.

• Oversee our HRIS and maintain data integrity.

• Organize and manage visas, work permits, and offer internal consultations on immigration issues.

• Assist internal teams during audit and bidding processes.

• Contribute to the analysis of compliance gaps across locations and aid in the implementation of solutions.

• Create an internal repository of knowledge regarding employment legislation, internal policies, and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in People Operations, Global Employment, or similar sectors.

• B2+ proficiency in English.

• Proven expertise in official employment processes.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities with service providers and partners.

• Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Keen attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability in work.

• Capacity to draft clear, comprehensible, and user-friendly policies and guides.

• Preferred: Background in Legal / Global Mobility / Tax / Accounting.

• Preferred: Experience in managing visa and work permit processes.

• Preferred: Experience working with EoRs.
