This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Deliver all-encompassing HR assistance: address employment-related inquiries, handle documentation, and process leave requests promptly and effectively.
β’ Collaborate with Employer of Record (EORs), legal experts, and immigration advisors to guarantee compliance with local regulations.
β’ Establish new hiring sites, ensuring compliance with regional laws.
β’ Oversee our HRIS and maintain data integrity.
β’ Organize and manage visas, work permits, and offer internal consultations on immigration issues.
β’ Assist internal teams during audit and bidding processes.
β’ Contribute to the analysis of compliance gaps across locations and aid in the implementation of solutions.
β’ Create an internal repository of knowledge regarding employment legislation, internal policies, and practices.
β’ Practical experience in People Operations, Global Employment, or similar sectors.
β’ B2+ proficiency in English.
β’ Proven expertise in official employment processes.
β’ Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities with service providers and partners.
β’ Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Keen attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability in work.
β’ Capacity to draft clear, comprehensible, and user-friendly policies and guides.
β’ Preferred: Background in Legal / Global Mobility / Tax / Accounting.
β’ Preferred: Experience in managing visa and work permit processes.
β’ Preferred: Experience working with EoRs.
