This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance evaluations, learning and development, internal mobility, offboarding, and more, while continuously enhancing HR processes and the employee experience within our global team.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, interpreting business requirements into actionable and effective HR strategies.
• Examine HR data (such as attrition, engagement, eNPS, etc.) and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Utilize AI tools to automate routine tasks, enhance data analysis, and streamline HR workflows.
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to synchronize processes aimed at boosting overall efficiency, while also challenging and coaching them on people-related decisions.
• Manage complex employee relations scenarios, including delicate discussions, conflict resolution, and investigations when necessary.
• Foster managerial development through the creation of frameworks, resources, and actionable guidance.
• Oversee the performance management system and spearhead development initiatives, such as growth opportunities, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Cultivate and enhance employer branding, including collaboration with platforms like Glassdoor, DOU, and others.
• Facilitate All Hands meetings and supervise engagement initiatives and company events.
• Lead and nurture a small HR team, promoting their growth and effectiveness.
• Manage the HRMS (PeopleForce) to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and improved visibility.
• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Experience in IT, services, or agency environments with 150–300+ employees.
• Comprehensive understanding of critical HR domains, including performance management, engagement, development, organizational effectiveness, and HR metrics.
• Strong proficiency in HR Operations, Talent Management, Recruitment Processes, and Employee Experience.
• Capability to balance strategic vision with execution, thinking innovatively while also achieving results.
• Competence in collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring follow-through to accomplish tasks.
• Confidence in utilizing AI tools (or a strong willingness to adopt them) to boost efficiency and automate workflows.
• A strategic and data-driven perspective.
• Experience in developing employer branding.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and continuous change without losing focus.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience in managing and optimizing two parallel functions (HR & Recruitment).
