Global HR Business Partner – CRO, Life Science Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted consultant to global business leaders by converting business objectives into HR strategies.

• Spearhead capability gap assessments, succession planning, and talent strategies across various countries.

• Develop global performance frameworks.

• Implement retention and development strategies specifically for PV and safety talent.

• Assess global team engagement and respond to employee feedback.

• Assist teams during restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth phases, and transformations.

• Aid in decisions regarding compensation, analytics, and HR reporting.

• Ensure that global HR policies comply with regulations in all markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner supporting operations in multiple countries.

• Experience in CRO or the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

• PV experience is advantageous.

• A degree or an HR qualification (at least BA/BSc level) is required.

• Ability to operate comfortably across various time zones, cultures, and regional nuances.

• Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.

• A data-driven mindset with a strong commercial focus.

• Experience in managing organizational change and navigating complex structures.

• Excellent relationship-building abilities and the credibility to advise senior stakeholders.

• Open to traveling as necessary.
