Global HR Business Partner – CRO, Life Science Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to global business and senior leadership.

• Convert business objectives into impactful HR strategies.

• Conduct capability gap assessments, succession planning, and talent strategy across various countries.

• Develop global performance frameworks.

• Implement retention and development initiatives for pharmacovigilance (PV) and safety talent.

• Oversee global team engagement and respond to employee feedback.

• Assist teams during restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth, and transformation efforts.

• Facilitate compensation and reward decisions utilizing data-driven insights.

• Administer HR reporting and ensure compliance of global policies across different markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner across multiple countries.

• Required experience in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry.

• Preferred experience in pharmacovigilance (PV).

• A degree or HR qualification (minimum BA/BSc level) is essential.

• Ability to navigate various time zones, cultures, and regional distinctions comfortably.

• Background in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, engagement, and change management.

• A data-driven and commercially aware mindset.

• Experience managing organizational change and complex structures effectively.

• Strong relationship-building capabilities and the credibility to advise senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Capacity to operate across a truly international, multi-country landscape.
