Global HR Business Partner – CRO, Life Science Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to global businesses and leaders, converting objectives into HR strategies.

• Lead assessments of capability gaps, succession planning, and talent strategies for an international workforce.

• Develop global performance frameworks and implement retention and development strategies for pharmacovigilance and safety talent.

• Track global team engagement and respond to employee feedback.

• Support teams during restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, growth initiatives, and transformation efforts.

• Assist in compensation and reward decisions through data-driven analysis and HR reporting.

• Ensure that global HR policies comply with regulations in all operational markets.

• Collaborate with senior leadership in pharmacovigilance across various regions.

• Contribute to building teams, culture, and capabilities essential for global drug safety monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner in a multi-country environment.

• Required experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO) or the pharmaceutical industry.

• Preferred experience in pharmacovigilance.

• Possession of a degree or HR qualification, ideally at least a BA/BSc level.

• Ability to operate across different time zones, cultures, and regional nuances.

• Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.

• Data-driven, commercially aware mindset with the capability to translate people insights into actionable outcomes.

• Proven ability to navigate organizational changes and complex structures.

• Strong relationship-building abilities and the credibility to advise senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
