This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee the creation of market access, portfolio, and go-to-market strategies for clients in the pharmaceutical and global health sectors.
• Deliver senior-level insights and recommendations that influence client decisions and generate measurable impact in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC).
• Anticipate shifts in the market and propose innovative solutions to overcome access barriers.
• Design and advise on creative financing models to ensure sustainable access to medicines in LMICs.
• Assist clients in engaging with funders, investors, and government entities.
• Shape client engagement agendas, ensuring that outputs are thorough, pertinent, and actionable.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client counterparts and cultivate long-lasting relationships.
• Facilitate high-level workshops, strategy sessions, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with ministries of health, funders, industry partners, and implementation organizations.
• Represent the organization in external forums and positions of thought leadership.
• Manage multi-workstream project delivery, ensuring that high-quality, client-ready outputs are produced on schedule.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level team members.
• Provide insights on team resource allocation and professional development pathways.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and nurturing client relationships.
• Enhance internal knowledge on healthcare access, financing, and delivery models within LMIC contexts.
• Discover new opportunities and innovations in global health advisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting, global health advisory, or life sciences, with continuous exposure to LMIC environments.
• Established track record of leading intricate, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
• In-depth knowledge in one or more areas: market access, go-to-market strategy, portfolio prioritization, innovative financing, or delivery models in LMIC contexts.
• Experience collaborating directly with senior decision-makers, including ministries of health, funders, industry leaders, and implementation partners.
• Strong strategic analysis, structured problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in people leadership, including mentoring and managing teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environments.
