This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Transform presales from reactive functional demo assistance to proactive commercial engagement, effectively communicating and positioning the value of the solution within the Office of the CFO.
• Enhance win rates in complex transactions.
• Reduce sales cycles and increase deal sizes through improved solution positioning.
• Standardize the quality of demos and ensure technical validation.
• Create and implement a well-defined presales operating model throughout Pacera.
• Establish clear role definitions for how Presales collaborate with BDRs and AEs.
• Introduce a structured, repeatable demo methodology along with compelling, value-based storytelling.
• Elevate qualification standards and the rigor of technical validation.
• Establish clear Presales KPIs linked to conversion rates and revenue impact.
• Assemble and cultivate a high-performing, scalable team.
• 7–9+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Presales.
• Demonstrated success in leading or transforming a presales/solution consulting function.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
• Ideally, a background in Finance SaaS, ERP, Consolidation, FP&A, Financial Close, or related fields.
• Proven experience working with CFO-level stakeholders.
• Strong blend of commercial and technical expertise, along with strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
