This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement the global go-to-market strategy for Professional Services, utilizing Circana’s reputation as the foremost authority on retail sales and consumer behavior.
• Generate new business opportunities mainly in North America and Europe, while also pursuing growth in Australia and selected international markets.
• Identify enterprise-level opportunities where Circana’s market measurement, panel data, supply chain intelligence, media insights, and AI-driven analytics provide distinct value.
• Enhance Circana’s footprint in related sectors, particularly in pharmacy, healthcare, and financial services.
• Personally initiate and oversee a global enterprise sales pipeline aimed at medium- to large-scale strategic opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the Professional Services global sales team, establishing clear objectives, operational methods, and expectations.
• Build, recruit, and expand a team of 6–8 globally distributed business development leads focused on securing new Professional Services bookings and growth.
• Manage pipeline reviews, ensure forecasting accuracy, and track deal progression across regions.
• Represent Professional Services at an executive level with senior client stakeholders around the globe.
• Oversee the complete commercial process for intricate enterprise opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in selling Professional Services (consulting, managed services, ongoing support, and/or solution development) to enterprise clients, preferably within a data/analytics/technology-driven environment.
• Comfortable navigating procurement, legal assessments, and security/compliance requirements typical of enterprise services agreements.
• Knowledge of Professional Services economics (margin, utilization, and how resource assumptions impact delivery and profitability).
• Proven ability to transform delivery experience into replicable service offerings, playbooks, and pricing structures.
• Experience in leading RFP/tender responses and creating clear Statements of Work (SOWs) that define scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Established capability to originate, structure, and finalize medium- to large-scale strategic enterprise agreements.
• Background in expanding business into new regions and adjacent sectors.
• Proven experience in building and managing globally distributed sales teams.
• Strong understanding of formal enterprise sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting.
