
Global Head – Liquidity and Account Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for global liquidity acquisition and retention that aligns with the company's growth goals and product roadmap.
• Establish and meet quarterly and annual revenue, volume, and spread targets linked to liquidity provider activities.
• Assemble and lead a high-performing account management team across various regions; set KPIs, workflows, and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships—from prospecting and onboarding to continuous optimization and expansion.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and SLAs with Tier-1 and Tier-2 market makers, OTC desks, and algorithmic trading firms.
• Track and analyze liquidity quality metrics (spread, depth, fill rates) and collaborate with providers to enhance execution performance continuously.
• Work closely with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, API integration, and adherence to regulations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of global market microstructure, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in both centralized and decentralized venues.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, institutional roundtables, and partner events to enhance brand visibility and expand the partner pipeline.
• Over 10 years of experience in institutional sales, liquidity management, prime brokerage, or market-making, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience onboarding and managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, or prime brokerage clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity, and exchange infrastructure.
• Established network within institutional trading firms, market makers, OTC desks, and/or traditional finance counterparts.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage multi-stakeholder relationships at the C-suite level.
• Outstanding analytical skills—proficient in working with trading data, liquidity metrics, and P&L attribution.
• Experience operating across different jurisdictions (APAC, EMEA, Americas) while being sensitive to regional regulatory environments.
