This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Contributing to the overall growth strategy, market expansion, and commercial excellence within the Pharma sector.
• Overseeing the Key Account team to evaluate markets for target identification and to support corporate development strategies.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders in Pharma to prioritize project requirements and deliver analytics projects according to the agreed schedule.
• Assisting global strategic and focus accounts by managing the strategic project management team.
• This role includes coordinating complex RFP/RFI responses, managing multisite projects, and overseeing account governance and business reviews.
• Participating in client meetings in person to showcase our global capabilities.
• Engaging in conferences and delivering oral presentations.
• Coordinating and supporting account development planning processes while collaborating with the global network.
• Providing super user support and managing the deployment/adoption of commercial systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ).
• Serving as a liaison with corporate IT functions as necessary.
• Supporting regional business development meetings and contributing to the formulation of global sales and marketing strategies.
• Aiding in the commercial integration of acquisitions and assisting in the execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Offering mentoring and opportunity management support to Business Development Managers in new markets.
• Extensive experience in commercial operations support within Life Sciences services and solutions for global clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of drug commercialization and associated analytical/CMC requirements.
• Experience in a Contract Services Organization (CRO) is a plus.
• Significant scientific expertise in Pharma/Biopharma testing.
• Familiarity with CRM and other commercial systems.
• Strong leadership skills across complex cultural organizations.
• Committed to meeting previously defined timelines agreed upon with customers.
• Proficient in establishing robust networking both internally and within the client's organization to effectively drive and lead change.
• Analytical, decisive, adaptable, ethical, a problem solver, persuasive, and commercially-sensitive.
• Highly customer-oriented with a strong commercial focus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
• Fluency in English.
