
Global Head β Account and Liquidity Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy for acquiring and retaining liquidity that aligns with the company's growth goals and product roadmap.
β’ Establish and achieve quarterly and annual targets for revenue, volume, and spreads associated with liquidity provider activities.
β’ Create and lead a high-performing account management team across various regions; define KPIs, workflows, and foster a culture of accountability.
β’ Manage the complete lifecycle of relationships with liquidity providers β from initial prospecting and onboarding to ongoing optimization and growth.
β’ Negotiate commercial agreements, fee structures, and service level agreements (SLAs) with Tier-1 and Tier-2 market makers, OTC desks, and algorithmic trading firms.
β’ Track and evaluate liquidity quality metrics (spreads, depth, fill rates) and collaborate with providers to enhance execution performance continuously.
β’ Collaborate closely with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, API integration, and compliance with regulations.
β’ Act as the internal advocate for liquidity providers β promoting platform enhancements, new trading pairs, and infrastructure updates that attract and sustain high-quality flow.
β’ Work together with the Institutional Sales and OTC teams to provide a cohesive client experience for high-value counterparties.
β’ Maintain extensive knowledge of global market microstructure, regulatory changes, and competitive trends across both centralized and decentralized venues.
β’ Represent the company at industry conferences, institutional roundtables, and partner events to enhance brand visibility and grow the partner network.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in institutional sales, liquidity management, prime brokerage, or market-making, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
β’ Proven ability to onboard and manage relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, or prime brokerage clients.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity, and exchange infrastructure.
β’ Strong existing network within institutional trading firms, market makers, OTC desks, and/or traditional finance counterparts.
β’ Demonstrated capability to negotiate complex commercial contracts and manage multi-stakeholder relationships at the C-suite level.
β’ Outstanding analytical abilities β proficient in working with trading data, liquidity metrics, and P&L attribution.
β’ Experience working across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas) with an awareness of regional regulatory frameworks.
