Global eCommerce Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establishes and steers product objectives, priorities, and the execution of the backlog for the global eCommerce value stream.

• Takes charge of backlog prioritization to enhance business value, breaking down epics and features into delivery-ready stories that align with both regional and global priorities.

• Gathers, documents, and maintains business and functional requirements.

• Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes and ensures that solutions address actual business challenges and outcomes.

• Oversees and manages the regional product backlog from start to finish, including prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and coordination of delivery.

• Serves as the main business contact for regional stakeholders.

• Guarantees that cross-functional dependencies are clearly articulated, managed, and addressed by all involved parties.

• Offers customer support through system documentation, demonstrations, and direct conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management or as an Agile Product Owner.

• Proven experience managing a product or regional backlog with direct accountability to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Travel required: approximately 25%.

• Background in regulatory compliance, supervision, and/or risk management in the context of wealth management financial services.

• Familiarity with Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies, such as Agile Product Manager or equivalent Agile work experience.

• Experience with and/or knowledge of software development and best practices in software engineering.

• Previous experience working with B2B platforms.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is advantageous.
