Global Customer Training & Education Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of training programs and the execution of training initiatives for healthcare professionals, internal GE HealthCare employees, and distribution partners utilizing SVG clinical solutions.

• Facilitate training sessions for field personnel in both direct and indirect sales channels, new hires, and end-users.

• Assist in the introduction of new products.

• Collaborate closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).

• Organize webinars and other virtual training sessions for customers and internal staff.

• Plan and execute workshops for end-users.

• Create instructional videos and other recording materials.

• Coordinate with the team to enhance the training offerings.

• Manage and work on multiple projects concurrently.

• Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Communication, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role within the medical devices sector.

• Clinical background with experience in imaging modalities.

• Experience in a surgical environment is advantageous.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Capacity to collaborate across various departments.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Knowledge of regulatory implications related to medical devices.

• Familiarity with compliance requirements when engaging with healthcare professionals.

• Resilient mindset with the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
