This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Design, govern, and sustain SGS's worldwide job architecture and job grading frameworks.
• Spearhead market benchmarking and salary range development; evaluate internal compensation practices and labor market trends to guide merit budgets and pay decisions.
• Assist in the design of short- and long-term incentive plans (both cash and equity).
• Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and evaluate the business implications of reward decisions.
• Offer expert advice to HR and senior leadership within a global, multicultural context.
• Work closely with a small, high-performing team and mentor colleagues on reward-related topics.
• Manage partnerships with external vendors and service providers.
• Strong experience in compensation management within a multinational or global setting.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and advanced spreadsheet capabilities (actuarial/statistical analysis is a significant advantage).
• Robust understanding of job architecture, job leveling, and salary benchmarking.
• Capability to analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in designing incentive plans and communicating rewards effectively.
• Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with Swiss labor law and the Swiss Code of Obligations (preferred).
• Enthusiasm for technology and recent advancements, including AI.
• Flexible, hybrid work arrangements available throughout Europe.
