• Create and implement a detailed strategy and business plan to enhance and grow CrowdStrike’s sell-through footprint on the AWS Marketplace.
• Develop, execute, and oversee initiatives that improve the value proposition of CrowdStrike’s offerings on the AWS Marketplace.
• Ensure alignment with the overarching goals and objectives of the company.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Engineering to guarantee smooth execution of programs and initiatives associated with the AWS Marketplace.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on CrowdStrike's performance within the AWS Marketplace.
• Leverage data-driven insights to make strategic decisions that uncover additional opportunities to boost pipeline and sell-through revenue.
• Advocate for and facilitate enablement for AWS Marketplace with CrowdStrike, AWS, and solution provider sales teams.
• Address any issues related to AWS Marketplace, including billing, invoicing, credit requests, and quote adjustments, while coordinating with relevant teams such as sales, alliances, operations, deal desk, and accounts receivable.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden CrowdStrike’s influence and presence within the AWS Marketplace.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the AWS Marketplace.
• Ensure that all activities related to the AWS Marketplace adhere to applicable policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Uphold a high standard of governance and operational excellence.
• Facilitate Private Offer Promotional activities within the AWS Marketplace to expedite the closure of opportunities in partnership with the RSM/RAM community.
• Lead the MPOP nomination process and conduct pipeline reviews with the AWS MP PDM.
• Represent CrowdStrike at industry events, AWS conferences, and joint customer meetings to promote the partnership and increase awareness of the AWS Marketplace.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a program management or business development role, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity context.
• Strong familiarity with AWS Marketplace operations and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of the AWS Private Offer process (CPPO and MPPO) and the AWS Marketplace Management Portal (AMMP).
• Preferred experience with the tackle.io platform.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building and sustaining high-level relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Robust project management skills, demonstrated by a history of successfully navigating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and projects.
• Results-driven and self-motivated, with the capacity to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related discipline.
