Global Clinical Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist with the late-phase Hematology and Immunology portfolios.

• Provide necessary support to the Clinical Trial Manager and operational team in the execution of clinical trials.

• Collaborate directly with CROs and ancillary vendors to oversee relevant trial operational tasks.

• Maintain clear oral and written communication with the project team through correspondence and status reports.

• Ensure that study timelines are adhered to.

• Review, develop, and draft clinical trial documents and manuals, including study manuals and laboratory or biomarker plans.

• Create the Master ICF template.

• Review and authorize site modifications in consultation with legal and safety when necessary.

• Update templates with new risks and amendment information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience on the sponsor side.

• Global study experience, rather than experience confined to a single region.

• Expertise in Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology therapeutic areas, preferably with experience supporting complex or pivotal studies.

• Comprehensive study management experience, from initiation through to close-out.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with study budgets, forecasting, and variance management (CTM only).

• Proactive attitude, taking ownership, and performing effectively with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, sites, and vendors.

• Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills in dynamic, complex settings.

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be taken into account.
