Global Client Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Act as the main relationship contact for global remote employer partners throughout Pan-Africa

• Facilitate efficient onboarding of employers on the Digital Talent Hub

• Lead regular project management meetings, check-ins, and performance evaluations

• Assess project performance, retention rates, and satisfaction levels

• Keep CRM records updated and document employer interactions

• Monitor employer engagement, hiring results, and performance metrics

• Direct project planning, execution, and delivery in collaboration with internal talent, alumni management, marketing, operations, business development systems, and administration teams

• Generate weekly and monthly reports for program leadership

• Assist with program insights, alumni initiatives, and feedback mechanisms

• Spot opportunities to broaden services or introduce innovative client solutions

• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and guarantee client satisfaction

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient delivery and profitability

• Proven experience in effective account management, partnership management, talent placement, or HR/recruitment

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication

• Established capability to foster and uphold business relationships

• Competence in handling multiple employers and competing priorities

• Familiarity with the African tech or talent ecosystem is advantageous

• High degree of initiative, professionalism, and empathy

• Proficient in conflict management and appropriate issue escalation

• Comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Support, Sales, or Web Development

• Competence in relationship management

• Effective communication and presentation abilities

• Skills in reporting and record-keeping

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
