Global Channel Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of several simultaneous global channel programs.

• Convert strategic ideas into scalable global procedures.

• Collaborate closely with Channel Strategy, Centers of Excellence, regional and geo teams, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

• Persuade stakeholders across various functions, locations, and organizational levels.

• Track program performance and assess effectiveness.

• Spearhead program design and execution by formulating rollout strategies.

• Establish and uphold program governance.

• Implement formal project management and governance methodologies.

• Coordinate global meetings across different time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in leading global or multi-regional program management projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in translating strategic goals into scalable operational programs.

• Strong capabilities in project management, governance, and change management.

• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in creating executive presentations, program documentation, communications, and training resources.

• Capability to work independently and prioritize initiatives effectively.

• Strategic and innovative thinker with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Airtable, Teams, and Zoom.

• BA/BS degree.
