This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Manage relationships with clients and handle daily administrative tasks for assigned Global Capital Markets accounts.
• Supervise administrative, operational, risk management, control, reporting, cash flow, fee billing, and tickler-processing activities.
• Monitor systems, databases, account activities, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review and provide feedback on operative documents and agreements in collaboration with legal counsel.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and ensure regulatory compliance in partnership with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit departments.
• Investigate and resolve control and client-service challenges.
• Collaborate with attorneys, financial advisors, interested parties, and service partners to structure and finalize transactions.
• Engage in sales calls and prepare fee proposals for prospective business.
• Assess, implement, and oversee fees, discounts, waivers, and aged receivables.
• Build relationships with current and potential clients and referral sources to foster business growth.
• Represent GCM at transaction closings and lead or participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Provide backup support for other Relationship Managers.
• Represent GCM and lead departmental or corporate initiatives.
• Assist in the development and operation of business products and processes.
• Supervise and/or mentor junior associates as necessary.
• Identify and escalate issues related to risk management.
• Maintain internal control standards and implement findings from audits and regulatory assessments.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
• Alternatively, a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 2 years in client service for Global Capital Markets products or markets.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software applications.
• Previous experience in reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Experience in calculating discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• CCTS certification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of relevant specialized internal software applications is preferred.
• Managerial or leadership experience is preferred.
• A demonstrated sense of ownership in tasks or projects is preferred.
