Global Business Office Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main point of contact between the customer and the company for overseeing specific programs.

• Collaborates with site teams to plan and monitor activities, ensuring that product deliveries and quality standards are met.

• Organizes and facilitates regular program tracking meetings with both the customer and internal account team members.

• Prepares, disseminates, and evaluates customer surveys and self-assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between eleven to fourteen years of relevant experience.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

• Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process, including schedules, scheduling requirements, and supply chain management (SCM).

• Exceptional skills in customer interaction, negotiation, and problem-solving.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills with a diverse range of internal and external customers.
