This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement DO’s global benefits strategy to ensure competitive offerings in the market.
• Conduct regular analyses of utilization and costs to effectively manage healthcare expenditures.
• Collaborate with international brokers and vendors to secure competitive renewal agreements.
• Enhance the management of global leave of absence and accommodation processes.
• Direct global open enrollment strategies and oversee communication initiatives.
• Work closely with Legal, Payroll, and Finance departments to uphold strict compliance.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in benefits within global, rapidly growing, publicly traded technology firms.
• Demonstrated capability to manage benefits budgets in the multi-million dollar range.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup, and data modeling).
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong ability to actively listen to varied employee needs.
• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation (or progress towards it) along with practical experience using Workday Benefits.
