This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Deliver administrative, transactional, and analytical assistance for international health and welfare, risk, retirement, and wellbeing benefits.
• Collaborate in the creation, implementation, and communication of employee benefits strategies and designs.
• Provide insights at the operating company and country levels.
• Work alongside Shared Services to manage and execute global benefits programs.
• Assist vendors with compliant benefits administration, which includes enrollment, data management, and communications.
• Act as an operating company/country subject matter expert to support global benefits harmonization, multinational pooling, and compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to the design and development of regional and global wellbeing programs, including the expansion of the wellbeing champion network.
• Collaborate with consultants and Centers of Excellence on benefits benchmarking and annual benefits renewal reporting.
• Address benefits-related customer service inquiries, escalations, and appeals.
• Keep track of regional legislation and regulatory changes that impact benefits offerings.
• Work with stakeholders to help ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in the design and delivery of retirement and health benefits.
• Experience in large-market benefits consulting and/or benefits administration is highly desirable.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing benefits data and generating reports.
• Project management experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, or global benefits.
• Experience in analyzing processes, identifying root causes, developing action plans, and implementing improvements in a benefits or related operational setting.
• Proven experience in handling confidential employee or benefits information.
• Ability to make decisions in line with applicable policies, regulations, and requirements.
• Must be located in the Czech Republic.
